Role Summary As a Training Coordinator based in Auburn Hills, MI, you will manage the entire training process, from identifying skill gaps to creating materials and assessing performance. You’ll design classroom instruction, simulation exercises, and hands‑on practice with

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver technical training sessions for Service Division employees.

Develop and maintain training content, materials, and simulation exercises.

Facilitate classroom and hands‑on instruction using

Atlas Copco

tools and systems.

Partner with leadership to identify learning needs and align training with business priorities.

Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Manage training schedule, records, and system of accountability (Process Control).

Collect and evaluate feedback from participants to continuously improve training effectiveness.

Use learning management systems (LMS) to track and measure development progress.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or Technical Instructor in manufacturing or a service‑oriented environment.

Working knowledge of wireless tools, networking, and Bluetooth connectivity.

Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Ladder Logic, and troubleshooting techniques.

Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

Understanding of instructional design principles and learning management systems.

Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and evaluate full training cycles.

Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
