Job Description

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Austin. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience for everyone who enters our office. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage front‑desk operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Maintain office supplies, records, and general administrative support.
• Ensure the reception area is organized, presentable, and welcoming.
• Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed.
