This opportunity is with a 50 person private equity firm. The company is known for its professional environment and commitment to delivering exceptional service to its clients and is actively fundraising and and expanding.

Job Description
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for senior leadership.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events and meetings, including logistics and materials.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communication, responding on behalf of leadership as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team and department goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in private equity or venture capital is strongly preferred
  • Bachelors degree is required
