Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and problem-solving expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You’ll help shape the future of train system testing by ensuring the configuration and operational readiness of the TrainLab. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including engineering, testing, and project management teams), manage the integration of real and simulated devices, and support functional testing activities while ensuring compliance with EHS rules.

You’ll specifically take care of laboratory setup and model development, but also contribute to configuration management and test execution.

Responsibilities

Preparing the TrainLab before the reception of test means

Developing specific models (equipment, low voltage, environment) and integrating external models

Configuring TrainLab tools according to planned tests

Ensuring that 100% of train system functional tests are performed

Meeting efficiency targets, including time to implement new configurations and time to start TrainLab operations

Maximizing test execution time utilization

Qualifications

Engineering degree or equivalent

Hands-on experience with electrical and schematic design

Experience in model-based control systems (e.g., Control Build, Matlab/Simulink)

Familiarity with industrial communication networks (Serial, Ethernet, MVB)

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Customer focus and management skills

Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a language other than French is an asset when dealing with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues and customers.
