Scope of Work: Capio Group is looking for an experienced and qualified Project Analyst to work as a part of the team on leading the transformation of the client current SAP ECC, CRM and other on-premise SAP systems to the latest SAP software version, RISE with SAP. A qualified Project Analyst will have extensive expertise in S/4HANA upgrades and related technologies, with a strong emphasis on fit-to-standard approach, particularly within the electric utility industry. This project emphasizes industry regulations and rules, implementing best practices in data quality, data migration, change management, and training services.

As part of the team, the Project Analyst will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:

Provide management of the entire IT project and system development lifecycles by managing projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and the project closure process.

Detail business needs and outcomes by assessing and documenting the current environment, including stakeholders, business processes, systems/tools, and data utilized/needed.

Conduct Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project, ensuring that they are addressed promptly and effectively.

Solve complex business problems by providing technical advice and project solution alternatives.

Work with stakeholders to facilitate the improvement/re-engineering of business processes to align with technology needs.

Facilitate the elicitation of requirements/use cases/user stories with subject matter experts and manage through the requirements lifecycle.

In coordination with clients staff, manage complex vendor contracts to ensure schedule, budget, quality, performance, and products are consistent with contract deliverables.

Actively/proactively identify and manage risks and issues to minimize impacts to scope, schedule, and costs and provide detailed analysis.

Complete Documentation: Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date, including technical documentation, user manuals, and project reports.

Coordinate Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure they can effectively use the new systems and processes.

Conduct Post-Implementation Review: Conduct a post-implementation review to evaluate the project's success and identify areas for improvement in future projects.

Support Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes. Provide lessons learned to the client Team Leaders.

Ensure a productive working environment for the team by maintaining focus on the sprint goal, removing/escalating roadblocks, fostering multi-disciplined team collaboration, and promoting transparency.

Mandatory Experience:

Minimum three (3) years of applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools experience.

Must possess a bachelor’s degree. A copy of the degree must be provided upon request. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year- for- year basis.

Must have a minimum five (5) years of experience working as Project Analyst or a similar role with strong analytical skills to assess project performance, identify problems in business processes, and optimize operations for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Must have a minimum three (3) years of previous working experience as a project Analyst on SAP S/4HANA implementations, Migrations and Projects.

Desirable Experience:

Must have a minimum two (2) years of experience with the U.S. electric utility industry or similar Public Utility industry.

Must have a minimum three (3) years of experience in project management software and tools to plan, track, and report on project progress and performance.

Must have a minimum three (3) years of experience of thorough understanding of project lifecycle management, strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder management.

Must have a minimum three (3) years of experience with creating, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports.

Must have a minimum three (3) years of experience with project scheduling tools and maintaining a project schedule as well as creating schedule-based reports.

Possession of SAP Certified Associate - Managing SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Projects. A copy of the certification must be provided upon request.

A minimum three (3) years of experience in Data Analysis, Financial Analysis & Management, and Budgeting to conduct cost-benefit analyses and manage project budgets.

Possession a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute. A copy of the certification must be provided upon request. The PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.
