DISCLOSURE - MULTI-EMPLOYER ROLE: This W-2 hourly Certified Peer Recovery Specialist position includes responsibilities that span across three affiliated organizations under shared leadership. You will maintain separate W-2 employment relationships with each organization and will receive individual payroll compensation from each entity based on the time worked and services provided for their respective programs. This means you will be an official employee of all three companies, with hours, responsibilities, and compliance obligations tracked separately for each. This role is structured as an up to 40-hour per week position, with approximately 16 hours allocated to Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC, 16 hours to Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program, and 8 hours to Harborview Commons LLC. While day-to-day supervision and scheduling will be coordinated centrally to support integrated care, each employer will manage its own onboarding, HR, and compliance processes in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies.

Schedule, Classification, and Focus

Work Schedule : Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Classification : Full-time, W-2 employee totaling 40 hours per week, allocated across three affiliated organizations:

HARBORVIEW COMMONS LLC (HC): approximately 8 hours per week (20%)

Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (CWPRP): approximately 16 hours per week (40%)

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center (LHBHC): approximately 16 hours per week (40%)

Combined, this constitutes a full-time role across the organization network with shared staffing and cross-program collaboration.

Focus 1 – Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC

Classification : Part-time, W-2 employee — approximately 16 hours per week (40% of total weekly hours) Accountable to : Operations Manager 3 Accountable for : Providing peer-based support that promotes recovery, wellness, and empowerment; documenting services accurately; and modeling recovery principles in alignment with ethical standards and program goals. Alternate titles : Certified Peer Recovery Specialist Company : Lighthouse Behavioral Health Mental Health Center, LLC

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center is a community-based behavioral health organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families through accessible, compassionate, and evidence-based behavioral health services. Programs include outpatient therapy, psychiatric care, intensive in-home services, case management, and substance use treatment, including Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). Summary of position responsibilities : The CPRS uses lived recovery experience to provide support, mentorship, and hope to individuals navigating substance use, mental health, or co-occurring challenges; builds trust-based relationships; helps develop recovery plans; connects clients to resources; and promotes wellness and self-advocacy.

Focus 2 – Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program

Classification : Part-time, W-2 employee — approximately 16 hours per week (40% of total weekly hours) Accountable to : Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist (Operations Manager 3) Accountable for : Delivering skill-building and community support services in accordance with individualized rehabilitation plans; promoting client independence; maintaining timely and accurate documentation of services provided. Alternate title : Direct Support Professional Company : Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program focuses on supporting individuals living with serious mental illness to achieve stability, independence, and improved quality of life through structured, community-based support, life skills development, and peer support.

Focus 3 – Harborview Commons LLC

Classification : Part-time, W-2 employee — approximately 8 hours per week (20% of total weekly hours) Accountable to : Operations Manager 5 (Day Shift) and Operations Supervisor 5 (Night Shift) Accountable for : Maintaining a safe, clean, and structured residential environment; securing medications; conducting room checks and safety drills; coordinating property access and maintenance; ensuring daily operations align with program expectations. Alternate title : Tenant Liaison Company : Harborview Commons LLC Harborview Commons provides supported housing with wraparound services for residents facing chronic homelessness, behavioral health challenges, and related needs. The program emphasizes trauma-informed, recovery-oriented housing and strives for stability and independence.

Compensation, Travel, and Benefits

Compensation : Range from $25.00 to $15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, credentials, and budget. Benefits : Eligible for a comprehensive package including PTO, Family and Medical Leave, health insurance reimbursement or coverage, supplemental insurance options, retirement savings, and professional development. Anticipated travel : 5% of the time. No additional travel compensation.

General Duties and Responsibilities Assist supervisor with work-related requests.

Collaborate with external treatment providers and outside agencies as needed.

Follow regulations of COMAR, CARF, relevant bodies, and company policies; co-facilitate onboarding for new hires.

Support a safe environment through training and drills.

Maintain client confidentiality.

Participate in external and internal audits/surveys as directed.

Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement efforts.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Regular movement, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; regular driving. Work is performed in an office/ residential setting with exposure to health risks.

Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or GED required; CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Maryland CPRS credential; personal lived recovery experience required.

Background check and onboarding; valid driver's license preferred.

Experience in behavioral health or related human services preferred (minimum 1 year).
