Overview DISCLOSURE - MULTI-EMPLOYER ROLE: This W-2 hourly Certified Peer Recovery Specialist position includes responsibilities that span across three affiliated organizations, all under shared leadership. You will maintain separate W-2 employment relationships with each organization and will receive individual payroll compensation from each entity based on the time worked and services provided for their respective programs. This means you will be an official employee of all three companies, with hours, responsibilities, and compliance obligations tracked separately for each.

This role is structured as an up to 32-hour per week position, with approximately 16 hours allocated to Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program, 16 hours allocated to and 8 hours allocated to HolBrock Estates 1638 Ruxton Avenue, LLC. While day-to-day supervision and scheduling will be coordinated centrally to support integrated care, each employer will manage its own onboarding, HR, and compliance processes in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies.

Client Location and Caseload This position is based on-site at the supportive housing program located at HolBrock Estates at 1638 Ruxton Avenue, LLC. All services are to be delivered in person at this location. The staff member is expected to be present on-site during scheduled shifts, provide support within the residence, and ensure documentation and responsibilities are completed in alignment with program protocols. Remote work or off-site service delivery is not applicable for this role.

The assigned caseload for this position consists of twelve (8) Category A clients who reside in the community and may be serviced at 3310 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD, throughout the community, or in the community meeting room of Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program or HolBrock Estates at 1638 Ruxton Avenue, LLC location.

Division and Classification Division: Operations

Classification: This is a full-time, W-2 employee position totaling 32 hours per week, with 16 hours allocated across two affiliated organizations as follows:

Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (CWPRP): Part-time, W-2 employee — approximately 16 hours per week (50% of total weekly hours)

HolBrock Estates At 1638 Ruxton Avenue, LLC: Part-time, W-2 employee — approximately 16 hours per week (50% of total weekly hours)

While each assignment is classified as part-time under its respective entity, the combined total constitutes a full-time, 32-hour per week role across the organization network.

Work Schedule Every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM each day.

Compensation and Benefits Compensation for this position ranges from $25.00 to $15.00 per hour, and is commensurate with experience, verified credentials, and available company budget.

Anticipated travel: 5% of the time. There is no additional compensation for travel.

General Duties and Responsibilities

Assist supervisor with work-related requests.

Collaborate with and serve as program POC for external treatment providers and outside agencies as needed.

Follow regulations of COMAR, CARF, any other regulatory body, and company policies/procedures related to service delivery and documentation; co-facilitate orientation of all new hires to these as well.

Support the maintenance of a safe environment by participating in training and drills as requested.

Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client’s treatment.

Participate in external and internal audits/surveys (CARF/CSA/OHCQ) as directed by the supervisor.

Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement plans by completing periodic audits or other activities to ensure regulatory compliance and/or improve service delivery.

Accountable to: Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist (Operations Manager 3)

Accountable for: Delivering skill-building and community support services in accordance with individualized rehabilitation plans, promoting client independence, and maintaining timely and accurate documentation of services provided.

Focus #2 Classification: Part-time, W-2 employee — approximately 16 hours per week (50% of total weekly hours)

Accountable to: Operations Manager 5 (Day Shift); Operations Supervisor 5 (Night Shift)

Accountable for: Direct care, medication administration, and daily support of residents in a licensed assisted living facility in accordance with COMAR regulations

Summary of Position Responsibilities (PRP-focused):

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the PRP is responsible for supporting individuals with serious mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders in achieving greater independence and community integration. The DSP helps clients build daily living skills, access resources, follow through on treatment goals, and develop coping strategies that support wellness and recovery. Responsibilities may be provided in the community, in the client’s home, or at a designated program site and must align with the client’s IRP.
