Role Summary
The Sales Associate is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency. This role demands direct attention to the brand commitment, creating a positive first impression and building on‑going customer relationships through a personalized experience.
Responsibilities
Sales Floor
Understand organizational objectives and make decisions aligned with Company priorities.
Take ownership of personal metrics, create short‑ and long‑term sales and clienteling strategies.
Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers and maintaining productive relationships.
Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrate Coach’s selling and service expectations at all times.
Provide in‑depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategy.
Cross‑sell and encourage beneficial product add‑ons.
Build lasting, loyal relationships and use Coach’s tools and technology to support clienteling.
Leverage Coach’s tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling efforts.
Operations
Ensure all daily tasks are completed while maintaining service and Coach standards.
Maintain a clean and tidy selling floor, complete visual merchandising, and replenish inventory.
Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and found orders efficiently.
Support cash‑wrap and inventory processes when needed.

Additional Requirements
Experience : 1‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Technical Skills : Cash register systems, basic computer skills, use of iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and walkie‑talkie.
Physical Requirements : Ability to move quickly on the sales floor, lift up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Schedule : Work nights, weekends, holidays, and high‑traffic retail days.
Compensation Base pay range: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour.
