Make An Impact! Our Vacation Rental Supply Product Marketing team is seeking a highly strategic and execution focused Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on offer management.

In this net new, high‑impact role, you will serve as the architect of our product packaging and solution selling strategy, guiding how we bring differentiated value to market.

You will define the frameworks, governance, and decision‑making models that ensure our product offers not only resonate with partners but also advance long‑term business objectives.

As a key member of the product marketing team, you will partner cross‑functionally with product marketing, growth marketing, product, strategy, commercial sales and analytics to define offer strategy, orchestrate go‑to‑market execution, and measure impact.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that every partner‑facing offer is both market‑relevant and aligned to business objectives.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of our growth engine and establish offer management as a core strategic discipline for our GTM strategic efforts.

In the role, you will:

Define the vision and long‑term roadmap for offer management within the product marketing function

Establish governance frameworks and decisioning models to ensure consistency, relevancy, scalability, and profitability of offers

Lead the development of holistic solution selling strategies that balance acquisition, retention, and monetization

Leverage customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform offer design

Partner with product marketing, growth marketing, product, strategy, commercial sales and analytics to align offers with value propositions, product‑market fit, and business objectives

Ensure operational readiness and scalability of offers across systems and channels

Define success metrics, track offer performance, and deliver insights that guide optimization and provide regular reporting on offer impact and ROI

Experience and qualifications

8+ years of experience in Solution Marketing, Pricing/Packaging, Offer Management, or related roles in a B2B tech environment

Proven success in designing and executing product bundled offers that drive adoption, retention, or revenue growth

Experience building frameworks for product segmentation & bundling in a consulting or strategy capacity

Experience integrating segmentation into GTM and commercial motions

Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer value with financial impact

Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, with experience influencing stakeholders across product marketing, growth marketing, product, strategy, commercial sales and analytics

Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions; comfort using data to make tradeoffs between volume, margin, and long‑term retention

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex strategies

Able to capably handle numerous complex decisions simultaneously across multiple teams, time zones, and cultures

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.

Pay ranges may be modified in the future.

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00, with the potential to increase up to $248,000.00.

The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $146,000.00 to $204,500.00, with the potential to increase up to $233,500.00.
