Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a litigation associate to join their Employment Litigation team. This is a hybrid opportunity based in the firm’s Denver, Colorado office. The estimated salary range for this position is
$170,000 - $220,000 (annually)
and may vary depending on experience and other factors. Base Pay Range
$170,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr Qualifications
3+ years of employment litigation experience Experience handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations Experience working with clients on various day‑to‑day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training and similar activities Strong writing and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment Relentless commitment to growth and client service JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials Admitted to the Colorado Bar About the Recruiting Firm
