What You’ll Be Doing

Promote Equity Residential’s brand across assigned communities.

Coordinate schedules and onsite presence based on business needs.

Manage leads and customer experience using the CRM.

Complete CRM tasks within the required timeframe.

Promote communities according to prospective residents’ needs.

Manage tour schedules and inspect daily tour paths.

Use effective selling techniques to close sales.

Cross‑sell between communities to meet resident needs.

Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of community features.

Support the community’s marketing efforts and monitor trends.

Provide leadership and mentorship to other leasing consultants.

Assist residents with payment and account inquiries.

Communicate effectively with service, office teams, and residents.

Coordinate and support resident events throughout the year.

Prepare leasing documents and assist with postings.

Verify all scheduled move‑in files are complete.

Complete all required training promptly.

Comply with federal, state, local fair housing laws and landlord/tenant regulations.

Represent the company professionally at all times.

What You’ll Need To Thrive

Sales and customer service experience is preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation for mobile equipment.

Computer literacy and strong communication skills in English.

Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.

Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Store smartphone with updated software, password‑protected, compliant with security systems.

Capability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 15 pounds and climb stairs as required.

Salary $21.83 – $26.68 per hour. Employees are eligible for overtime pay and performance incentives.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience in leasing or property management.

College degree or coursework in a related field.
