Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA, Enroll Agent or Practicing Attorney - Seasonal Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!
What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will help advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions accurately.
What You Need
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and a PTIN.
English/Spanish bilingual communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills; confident and friendly video/audio interaction.
Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Availability of a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation Pay ranges by region: Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50; Southern California $28.80 - $36.50; Colorado $27.50 - $34.80; Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50; Illinois $27.50 - $34.80; Maryland $27.50 - $34.80; Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50; Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30; New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50; New York $28.80 - $36.50; Ohio $24.80 - $30.30; Vermont $27.50 - $34.80; Washington $28.80 - $36.50; Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50.
