About the Team Our sales and partner management teams are the heart and soul of DoorDash, helping us partner with top merchants—restaurants, grocers, convenience stores, and retailers—across many countries to grow their revenue and improve their operations.
About the Role We are looking for a Manager level in Sales Strategy and Operations to accomplish strategic plans that enhance sales productivity by helping our teams be more impactful in targeting and closing the most valuable partnerships at scale. You’ll work between sales, partner management, operations, and analytics teams to build the merchant foundation.
As a key member of the Global Vendor GTM S&O team, you will build and execute the Vendor sales strategy for our Global Sales organization. Your focus will be on partnership management, strategic planning, and data‑driven execution to scale vendor impact across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Build – Develop and drive the future of DoorDash’s offshore sales function through strategic planning and execution.
Experiment – Design and run initiatives across the portfolio to optimize productivity, find ROI efficiencies, and uncover scalable solutions.
Influence – Partner cross‑functionally with external Vendor leaders, Sales, S&O, Procurement, and Finance to develop strategies to scale business impact.
Own – Take full ownership of the day‑to‑day operations of multi‑stakeholder projects, with a strong bias for action.
Analyze – Use data to guide decisions, balancing long‑term vision with hands‑on execution.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics, or related fields with a track record of leading initiatives and hitting goals.
Experience working in 0‑to‑1 stage businesses and driving both strategy and end‑to‑end execution.
Strong business thinker able to apply first principles to solve complex problems.
Data‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, constantly changing team‑oriented environment.
Experience leading projects, working in a team, and motivating people at all levels (partnership management experience preferred).
Proficient in data analysis tools and presentation software.
Strong sales acumen and understanding of key drivers of sales performance.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the range of $125,800—$185,000 USD, with potential equity grants. Pay is localised according to the employee’s work location. Additional compensation details can be discussed with a recruiter.
