Location : Remote (in US). Travel upto 40% as per requirement.

Responsibilities
Work with business users to understand and document their CLM business processes (including Approvals) to devise the best‑fit strategy, application architecture and process flow charts
The Process lead needs to have a minimum 12+ years of leading CLM on both buy‑ and sell‑side Transformations, quote‑to‑cash (QTC) and procure‑to‑pay (P2P), including business process design for multiple large‑scale implementations
Act as a senior trusted advisor for the opportunity, covering the standardization of contract management process for buy and sell side for any multinational and complex business, including deep knowledge of CLM domain
Perform mapping/gapping based on the requirements and CLM features involving any market leading CLM product - like Apttus, Icertis, Conga, DocuSign, Agiloft, Ariba procurement contracts, Coupa procurement contracts etc. and its integration with
Deep experience in not only CLM with touchpoints to CRM (Salesforce preferably) and ERP (SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, etc.) but also CPQ and Sourcing (quoting, configuring products, pricing and discounting strategies, rfx, questionnaires etc.)
Experience of handling CLM dependencies to Sourcing, CPQ, Supplier Performance Management (SPM), Vendor Onboarding, Billing etc.
Design and collaborate with IT personnel to architect and drive the implementation - configure business requirements, identify gaps, arrive at gap closure approaches, determine pros and cons of technical approaches and document design specifications
Qualifications – Critical Skills
CLM certifications with scripting expertise and preferable experience in configuring and implementation of market leading CLM product (additionally, CPQ experience is a big plus)
The ideal candidate will have at least 10‑15 years of overall business/functional analysis experience, with at least 4‑6 years of implementation experience on a leading CLM platform at onsite (Customer facing role or a lead architect role)
Ability to clearly understand business requirements and convert them into a functional design, and to collaborate with business analysts and users to define solution approaches
Strong understanding of sales and procurement processes like opportunities, CPQ, Sourcing, Supplier Performance Management, Vendor Onboarding, integration to sales orders, and asset and rfx management.
Good experience on CLM data model, data architecture, and data management, and familiar with integration to systems like salesforce.com and any ERP (Ariba, Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP, Infor, etc.)
In‑depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the CLM platform.
