What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Design and support comprehensive enablement programs that accelerate field productivity and sales readiness
Partner with Revenue Enablement Directors to assist in the creation of structured learning sessions and content for different field roles
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness and field readiness
Develop compelling content that equips field teams to effectively articulate the employer’s value proposition
Coordinate virtual and in‑person training sessions for global field directors
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in SaaS or technology, preferably in a sales or sales enablement background
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a commitment to timely engagement and resolution of inquiries
Flexibility to accommodate global business operations, including early morning and evening meetings
Ability to navigate large and complex organizations and business units
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with designing and implementing programs at a global level
Experience using cutting‑edge enablement platforms with mobile learning, experiential learning, and robust tracking features
Recognized capabilities, certifications, and qualifications in leading sales methodologies and coaching frameworks
