Our Client is a rapidly growing, private equity–backed portfolio company located in Northwest Houston. With strong growth through acquisition and greenfield development, the company is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its finance team. This high-visibility role offers direct exposure to the C-suite and private equity stakeholders, providing a unique opportunity for career growth and impact.

ABOUT THE ROLE The FP&A Analyst will partner across all areas of the business, supporting reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The role will also lead cross‑functional projects, deliver ad hoc analysis, and collaborate closely with operations, finance, accounting, and executive leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including management and bank reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.

Deliver timely reporting and insights on company results to senior leadership.

Perform deep‑dive analysis to drive efficiency and support data‑driven decision‑making.

Evaluate key metrics and analyze performance across the organization, industry, and regions.

Assist in adoption and effective use of BI tools across the company.

Partner with the accounting team to align financial reporting structures for efficient close and reporting cycles.

Create, maintain, and enhance reporting decks and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

2–5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A and financial modeling.

Background in private equity, management consulting, public accounting, or investment banking preferred.

Proven ability to build financial models from scratch.

Skilled in developing efficient and scalable processes for multi‑entity organizations.

Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet aggressive timelines.

Self‑starter who thrives in an unstructured, fast‑paced environment.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Exceptional Excel modeling and presentation skills.

High standards of accuracy and organizational discipline.

Working knowledge of GAAP.

Experience with project management and cross‑functional initiatives.

Skilled in developing scalable processes.
