Change Management Consultant
for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in
Madison, WI OR Cedar Rapids, IA . Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description
Pay:
$75–$82/hr
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Assignment:
6-month contract with potential extension based on performance and budget
Work Arrangement:
Mostly remote, with occasional onsite requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of comprehensive change management strategies and project plans to drive adoption, sustain organizational change, and achieve ROI.
Conduct stakeholder, readiness, and impact assessments; analyze findings to develop targeted communication, training, and engagement strategies.
Oversee change management teams and networks, monitor progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to leadership, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
Coach and mentor project leaders and team members on change management best practices, ensuring ownership, alignment, and long-term sustainment post-implementation.
Qualifications
Strong years of proven Organizational Change Management experience. Extensive knowledge of the tools, methodology and modules used in leading and managing change.
Prosci or CCMP Certification strongly preferred.
Demonstrated successful completion of change management projects/ program from start to finish at an enterprise change level involving a complex change.
Bachelor’s degree required.
