Candidates that are under 18 years of age on the date of hire will be required to provide a guardian waiver prior to beginning employment.## ## Major Duties and Responsibilities:**Follows scripted simulation scenarios which may include:*** role play of a patient with medical or other conditions in an interaction with students* set up of initial simulation state* using technology to enact a simulation script throughout a simulation scenario* Under direction of faculty, may provide feedback directly to students regarding selected aspects of student interaction.* Participates in and contributes to the upkeep of the Simulation Center and simulators.* Provides feedback to the Simulation Manager and Associate Dean and/or nursing faculty regarding quality improvements that may improve student learning and/or efficiency in the operation of the simulation lab.**Minimum Qualifications:*** High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to consistently simulate a case scenario in a standardized manner. The position requires good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others in a respectful manner.* SAs must show willingness to be flexible with scheduling and assignments**Preferred Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree and background in health careSpecial Instructions to Applicants:
