Role summary The Staff TPM - AI Enablement is a hybrid leader and builder who operates at the intersection of technology, strategy, and innovation. This role blends technical design, product strategy, and hands‑on prototyping to drive AI transformation. You will serve as both a strategist and practitioner, helping the business understand the art of the possible and championing adoption. You will act as a technical generalist and thought partner, wearing multiple hats to accelerate adoption and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

About the team The team leverages AI, platforms, and data to develop secure, compliant, and user‑centric solutions that support Walmart’s Corporate Affairs. Their initiatives include automating ESG disclosure, sustainability, and philanthropy impact reporting, while enhancing global newsroom operations and stakeholder engagement tools. By responsibly applying AI and advanced data science, the team improves operational efficiency, accuracy, and reach.

What you'll do AI Strategy & Enablement:

Partner with business and tech to identify where AI can drive measurable impact and translate emerging AI capabilities into actionable strategies.

Program Leadership:

Identify and prioritize high‑impact opportunities, build business cases, define clear goals, drive alignment, and manage dependencies to ensure scalable and sustainable outcomes.

Prototyping & Technical Execution:

Independently build and iterate on AI‑driven solutions that validate hypotheses and inform investments, collaborating with engineering and data science as needed.

Product Thinking:

Shape problem statements, define success metrics, and craft roadmaps that balance innovation with business value.

What you'll bring A strong mix of technical depth, strategic vision, and executional excellence. Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional technology programs. Ability to understand and apply AI/ML concepts, design systems, and prototype solutions. Strong product mindset with experience developing business cases and driving adoption. Exceptional communication and influence skills to align stakeholders across functions. Comfort operating in ambiguity with an entrepreneurial, hands‑on approach. Passion for emerging technologies and a builder’s mindset.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in engineering program management, technical program management, or product management.

7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, or product management.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration, strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area with 3 years’ experience in product design.

Certification in Project Management or related field.

Experience creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and accessibility practices.
