Position Summary The IT Project Manager leads complex infrastructure and operational initiatives for ReviveRX, including network upgrades, cloud/AI efforts, and software integrations. This role drives technical transformation while maintaining stable operations and minimizing risk. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of IT solutions that advance organizational and business goals.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning and implementation of IT projects from initiation through close.Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocations, budgets, and risk/issue management. Coordinate across technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure alignment and progress. Monitor and report milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools and methodologies. Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle. Provide regular updates, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and quality assurance practices. Oversee post-implementation activities, including testing, training, and transition to operations.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience managing IT and/or software development projects. Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.

Certifications strongly preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, and/or Agile/Scrum. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet).

Clear understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail and organization. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
