About the Role
Senior IT Project Manager – Network Deployments (SME Level: Information Technology Project Manager) to oversee and deliver complex network deployment and infrastructure upgrade projects across enterprise environments.

Experience & Education
Minimum of 7–9 years of relevant project management experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Current U.S. residence and residency within the U.S. for at least 3 of the past 5 years

Core Responsibilities
Lead and manage network deployment, infrastructure modernization, and upgrade projects from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Coordinate cross‑functional technical teams to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
Oversee vendor coordination, procurement tracking, and integration of third‑party services.
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests.
Ensure project documentation, reporting, and communication plans are maintained and shared with stakeholders.
Facilitate regular project meetings, progress reviews, and executive updates.
Ensure compliance with client and organizational security, quality, and operational standards.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project coordinators and technical contributors.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
7–9 years of IT project management experience leading network or infrastructure deployment initiatives.
Strong understanding of network technologies, infrastructure planning, and systems integration.
Demonstrated experience managing Agile or Waterfall projects and cross‑functional technical teams.
Excellent vendor management, communication, and risk mitigation skills.
Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, or equivalent project tracking tools.
U.S. Citizenship required (Public Trust eligibility).
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification.
Experience supporting federal or large‑scale enterprise IT programs.
Knowledge of network architecture, deployment logistics, and hardware lifecycle management.
Proven ability to deliver multi‑site or distributed infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
