Workday Consultant
— Design, develop, test, and implement solutions to connect the Workday platform with other internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow for HR, finance, and other business functions. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, building integrations using tools like Workday Studio and APIs, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors. Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Work with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical integration specifications. Design & Development: Design and build integrations using Workday tools like Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and APIs. Testing & Implementation: Configure, test, and deploy integration solutions to ensure they function correctly and meet business requirements. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support to end-users and clients by troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including functional leads, IT, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful integration projects. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for integration designs, processes, and best practices. Training and Handover: Train the resources on the integration built so they can support after go live. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and strong technical skills in Workday's integration tools and web services (XML, JSON, SOAP, REST). At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Workday integration consultant. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
