Job Description Since 1950, Jack Laurie Group (JLG) has been building better spaces through quality craftsmanship and trusted partnerships. Our Residential Division serves Indiana’s leading production and custom home builders, providing high-quality flooring and interior solutions. We’re growing quickly and seeking an experienced Residential Account Executive to expand our reach and strengthen relationships across the homebuilding industry.

About Opportunity What You’ll Do Sales & Territory Development

Identify and secure new business with home builders and residential developers

Manage a sales pipeline and maintain all activity in CRM

Conduct job site visits, walkthroughs, and relationship meetings

Research upcoming residential communities and projects

Relationship Management

Build long-term partnerships with builder purchasing teams and superintendents

Represent JLG at Home Builder Association (HBA) and Indiana Builders Association (IBA) events

Provide excellent follow-up, communication, and customer service to existing clients

Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals

Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure project accuracy

Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve revenue targets

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

What You Bring

3+ years of B2B sales experience (construction, building materials, flooring, or home building preferred)

Understanding of residential construction timelines and builder purchasing processes

Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business

Excellent communication, organization, and relationship skills

Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel statewide
