Human Resources Business Partner – GTM & NA Location:

Greater Boston area, Boston, MA (work from office 1 day per week)

Base pay range:

$130,000–$140,000 per year

Tines is seeking a driven and solutions-focused

HR Business Partner

to support our

Go‑To‑Market (GTM)

organization as part of our expanding People Team. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing hands‑on support in areas such as performance management, employee relations, and talent development. You’ll also help shape and implement people programs that foster engagement, growth, and alignment across our teams.

What you will be doing:

Partnering with first and second line business leaders to provide guidance on talent strategies, performance management, and team development that align with organizational objectives.

Providing consultative support to managers on employee relations matters, coaching conversations, and team dynamics to enhance leadership effectiveness.

Supporting managers in understanding and following HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Collaborating with People Team colleagues to develop and implement programs, policies, and process improvements that support business goals and enhance employee experience.

Providing HR operational support by liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners on benefits, leave management, and payroll administration, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining a positive employee experience.

Gathering and analyzing HR metrics to provide insights into decision‑making and program effectiveness.

What you bring with you:

5+ years of progressive HR experience (Generalist, Specialist, or HR Business Partner), ideally in a high‑growth tech or SaaS environment supporting GTM functions.

Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and People best practices.

Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization.

Experience managing change initiatives and helping leaders navigate transitions.

Proficiency with HRIS and other People systems (e.g., BambooHR, TriNet, AON, CultureAmp).

High level of discretion, integrity, and strong moral compass.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and collaborate effectively.

Experience working with or through a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) or workforce management firm, preferred.

Must be able to work from the Boston office at least one day per week.
