Location This role must be based in the greater Boston area. The successful candidate is expected to work from our Boston, MA office at least one day per week.
What You Will Be Doing
Partnering with first‑ and second‑line business leaders to provide guidance on talent strategies, performance management, and team development that align with organizational objectives.
Providing consultative support to managers on employee relations matters, coaching conversations, and team dynamics to enhance leadership effectiveness.
Supporting managers in understanding and following HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Collaborating with People Team colleagues to develop and implement programs, policies, and process improvements that support business goals and enhance employee experience.
Providing HR operational support by liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners on matters related to benefits, leave management, and payroll administration, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining a positive employee experience.
Gathering and analyzing HR metrics to provide insights into decision‑making and program effectiveness.
What You Bring With You
5+ years of progressive HR experience (e.g., Generalist, Specialist, or HR Business Partner), ideally in a high‑growth tech or SaaS environment and supporting Go‑To‑Market functions.
Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and People best practices.
Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to senior leadership, driving alignment and collaboration to achieve business outcomes.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing change initiatives, helping teams and leaders navigate transitions effectively while maintaining engagement and performance.
Proficiency with HRIS and other HR/People systems and platforms (e.g., BambooHR, TriNet, AON, CultureAmp).
A high level of discretion, integrity, and a strong moral compass.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and collaborate effectively with employees and leaders across the organization.
Experience working with or through a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) or workforce management firm, preferred.
Must be able to work in the Tines Boston office at least one day per week.
Annual on‑target Compensation $130,000‑$140,000
