Corporate Controller
to help lead its finance function through an exciting period of growth and modernization.
This high-impact role will serve as a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, and will play a central role in driving financial excellence, operational efficiency, and process improvement across the organization. The Controller will oversee accounting operations, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and cash management while leading critical initiatives that support the company’s continued expansion and success.

Scope of Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high‑performing finance and accounting team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including month‑end close, general ledger, COGS, inventory, payroll, intercompany reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Drive timely and accurate financial statements, forecasts, and performance reporting, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Partner with the CFO and leadership team to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Lead key finance projects, including ERP implementation, automation initiatives, and standard operating procedure development.
Manage tax compliance, audits, and fixed asset accounting in coordination with external providers.
Partner cross‑functionally to improve financial transparency, operational efficiency, and margin performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
7–10 years of progressive financial experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in industrial services, energy, or manufacturing environments highly desirable.
Proven success leading finance modernization efforts — ERP implementations, process standardization, or automation.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, management accounting, budgeting, and cash management.
Demonstrated ability to build and develop teams in a high‑performance, growth‑oriented environment.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
