Overview
Due to growth, we are adding a Sr. Product Manager to our team! The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for managing both existing products and new product development for differentiation in the PBM industry. The Sr. Product Manager will manage and coordinate the execution of key strategic programs and products related to our member portal and mobile app strategy. The Sr. Product Manager will oversee day‑to‑day activities to ensure that our member experience meets the need of our sales growth plans. The Sr. Product Manager will work collaboratively with the customer and digital experience team to ensure the voice of the customer is integrated into product development and market offering. This role must work cross‑functionally to achieve departmental level objectives in support of the strategic plan. This position functions as a thought leader focusing on industry trends and assessing gaps to define and expand the product offering. The Sr. Product Manager is also responsible for ensuring the product receives the appropriate prioritization and funding from the organization.
Responsibilities
Act in an autonomous manner to prioritize and plan the highest value product features, enhancements, and changes
Lead strategic creation of a product roadmap in alignment with market pressures and organizational product investment
Document product lifecycle and apply strategy based on product progression
Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build‑versus‑buy perspective and collaborate across the organization
Generate content in collaboration with Customer and Digital Experience to strategically position product internally and externally
Lead annual planning and strategic planning for product development and serve as accountability toward meeting performance goals
Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
Lead market research studies to gather new insights in the market and recommend actions
Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go‑to‑market plans
Set and drive product releases that bring additional value to the organization
Lead socialization with Compliance and other regulatory partners to garner review and approval based on the latest regulatory requirements
Strategize, plan, and execute product features and enhancements that bring value to Navitus and its customers
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
4+ years working with digital products or other related experience is required
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
