About the role We’re looking for a

Director of Software Sales

to lead high-value enterprise engagements in the US market. This is a strategic, consultative sales leadership role ideal for a senior professional who thrives on shaping complex deals, influencing executive decision-makers, and driving transformative business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead Enterprise Sales Cycles:

Manage the full consultative sales process — from discovery and business case development to negotiation and close.

Engage Senior Executives:

Build trusted relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders across supply chain, operations, and digital transformation.

Value-Based Selling:

Develop ROI-driven proposals that align with customers’ strategic goals.

Collaborate Across Functions:

Partner with internal marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer success and expansion.

Represent the Company:

Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (approximately 30% travel).

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise software sales with a proven track record of closing large, complex deals.

Background in supply chain, ERP, or digital transformation software is highly desirable.

Ability to lead by influence, shape deal strategy, and mentor junior sales professionals.

Skilled in identifying business needs, building value-based business cases, and influencing senior stakeholders.

Confident closer with a competitive mindset and strong execution skills.
