Recruitment Consultant – Legal Business Development, Marketing & Communications We are currently working on Business Development Manager for an AmLaw Top 20 Law Firm. This position will support their Finance and Insurance sectors for the Americas while also collaborating globally with their European team.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with lawyers and M&BD teams to design initiatives targeting new and existing clients, with a focus on cross‑selling within FIS and Insurance sectors.
Lead and support pitch strategy, RFP responses, and client presentations, while promoting best practices through coaching and the Sales Transformation program.
Develop integrated marketing campaigns and organize high‑impact events (e.g. Fintech, Insurtech, DAB) to elevate firm visibility and engage key clients.
Build and manage tailored contact lists, activate industry sponsorships, and foster relationships with associations to drive client interaction and ROI.
Create and manage sector‑specific marketing plans and budgets in alignment with global strategy, ensuring visibility and coordination across teams.
Lead sector programs, manage key client accounts, support lateral integration, and contribute to broader M&BD projects and the firm’s Global Citizenship efforts.
