We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager Technical to join our Alexa AI Product team, where you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing conversational AI. As part of the team responsible for Alexa+, you will lead the development of innovative products and technologies powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI‑driven experiences that millions of customers use daily.
You will collaborate with world‑class scientists, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to translate complex technical capabilities into delightful customer experiences. The position requires a blend of technical depth, product intuition, and strategic thinking to drive innovation in conversational AI. It also requires being comfortable working with teams in different time zones, especially teams in Seattle.
Key Responsibilities
Drive product strategy and roadmap for key components of Alexa+'s AI platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
Partner with science and engineering teams to define and prioritize technical requirements for new AI features and capabilities
Lead the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle, from conception through launch, including writing PRDs, technical specifications, and business requirements
Develop and track success metrics, conducting data analysis to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with UX teams to ensure optimal user experience across various Alexa‑enabled devices and surfaces
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Amazon, including Science, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Legal teams
Drive technical decisions that balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business requirements
Identify and assess new opportunities for applying emerging AI technologies to enhance Alexa's capabilities

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
3+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Strong technical background and proven track record of delivering complex technical products at scale
Excellence in written and verbal communication, with ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data‑driven decision making
Experience working with technical teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with conversational AI or voice‑based products
Strong technical understanding of ML/AI concepts, particularly in NLP and LLMs
Track record of innovation and zero‑to‑one product development
