Duration: 12 Months The role focuses on testing and validation activities within a lab environment, supporting internal clients on hydraulic subsystems and valves. The engineer will plan, execute, and document tests, produce schematics, and perform component inspections. Experience Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Test and Validation Engineer (internship experience counts). Hands-on experience in lab-based testing environments. Experience with hydraulic systems, valves, and data acquisition systems (DAQ). Exposure to PLC controls preferred. Hydraulic testing and design experience is a plus. Involvement in tear-down and inspection of components before and after testing. Top 3 Skills
Design Understanding (Mechanical – Pro/E / Creo) — Not a design role, but must be able to read and understand mechanical designs and test fixtures. Test and Validation Experience Strong background in planning, executing, and documenting validation tests. Failure Analysis (Plus) — Ability to perform and document root cause and failure mode analysis. Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required. Seniority level
