High school diploma or GED preferred. Work Experience
At least two years of relevant work experience required. Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets. Must meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions, where applicable. Must qualify for and maintain FOID card (Illinois only). Skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety and operational documents. Proficiency with inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities

Compliance with firearms transaction regulations and FOID card requirements, where applicable. Completion of Firearms Sales Certification Training, if applicable. Physical Requirements & Attendance
