What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to provide insights into customer health and service performance
Use SQL to extract and analyze data from multiple systems, including Salesforce and customer feedback platforms
Partner with stakeholders to define and track key customer and operational KPIs
Conduct ad hoc analyses to inform customer experience strategies and operational improvements
Present actionable insights to executives and non-technical teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation, including experience with views and stored procedures
Proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI, particularly in dashboard design and data modeling
Experience with Salesforce data and reporting, with exposure to customer feedback systems preferred
Solid understanding of customer experience metrics, including NPS and churn
Excellent data storytelling and visualization abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certifications in Tableau and/or Power BI
Familiarity with ETL processes or data automation tools like Alteryx or Power Automate
Knowledge of Python, R, or advanced Excel for data analysis
