What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Build and implement a core platform for data-driven decision-making across multiple business lines
Leverage internal and external data to identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations for business expansion
Create KPIs to measure product impact against business outcomes
Analyze business performance daily to identify issues and opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and maintain complex financial and analytical data models
What is Required (Qualifications):
4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Consulting, Finance, Statistics, or Mathematics
Expert proficiency with SQL
Experience with data visualization software such as Looker or Tableau
Hands-on experience with modern analytics tech stacks (e.g., Looker, Google, Big Query, DBT, Python, R)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present results clearly and concisely
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with data manipulations in Excel, including Lookups and PivotTables
Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to think through complex problems and independently derive conclusions
