United as “One Kelvion,” our global team delivers innovative solutions that drive customer success and support a sustainable future. **Together, We Shape the Future** Supports a project team by handling incoming and outgoing customer submittal project documents for engineering and quality departments by performing the following duties: Handling incoming and outgoing customer submittal projects for engineering and quality departments. Developing a tracking system to monitor correspondence status. Creating, adjusting, and maintaining files. Consulting with document originators or project/sales/engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and compile required changes. Maintaining files, comparing customer purchase orders with specifications, and recording data such as quantity, quality, and component types with expected completion dates. Coordinating information between departments, including engineering, purchasing, construction, and maintenance. Developing systems to track project progress and providing timely reports. Evaluating project issues and updating estimates and forecasts accordingly. Identifying techniques to improve estimating, planning, and cost control. Interfacing with customers and team members to explain estimates and methodologies. Maintaining regular attendance, punctuality, on-site work ability, and willingness to work overtime. Working cooperatively with others and interacting respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, employees, managers, and executives.
