Job Description
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands‑on technical support for in‑house teams. This 100% onsite role involves resolving helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring seamless desktop system operation. Candidates must have strong customer service skills and expertise in Windows‑based systems, Dell hardware, and Office365.
Key Responsibilities
Provide deskside support for PCs, laptops, tablets, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Dell hardware, and peripheral issues.
Support Office365 (Teams, Email, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Image and deploy computers using SCCM; encrypt drives with BitLocker.
Set up workstations (PCs, monitors, phones, software, accounts).
Resolve network, software, and printing issues.
Use remote tools (e.g., Quick Assist, GoToAssist) for support.
Escalate urgent issues and redirect non‑deskside problems.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues.
Prepare activity reports.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in:
Hands‑on deskside PC/laptop/tablet support.
Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Dell hardware.
Supporting PC peripherals and Microsoft Office Suite.
Imaging computers with SCCM and setting up workstations.
Using remote assistance tools (Quick Assist, GoToAssist).
Supporting Office365 applications.
Customer service skills.
