Achieve assigned sales and revenue growth targets across your region.
Develop in‑depth knowledge of the full product portfolio, its applications and the industries it serves.
Expand and manage a high‑performing network of distributors and agents.
Deliver training and support to empower partners to sell effectively.
Build trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers, engineers, and procurement teams.
Represent the company at international trade shows, seminars, and exhibitions.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, providing strategic insights to leadership.
Maintain and utilise CRM systems to inform strategic decision‑making.
This role requires a minimum of 50% travel throughout the region, offering the opportunity to work with clients across multiple countries while being part of a collaborative, mission‑driven team.
What’s in it for you? Not only will you join a market leader with an exceptional global reputation, but you’ll also gain access to international career development opportunities as the company continues to expand its global footprint and be part of an exceptionally high‑performing team. This is a highly autonomous position, giving you the flexibility to define and execute your regional strategy while benefiting from the support of a forward‑thinking leadership team.
