Job Overview
As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be integral to our HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, investigations, data analytics, compliance, and special projects. You’ll help maintain a productive and conflict‑free workplace, enhance job satisfaction, and retain employees.
Key Responsibilities
Help organize training and development initiatives.
Support a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Facilitate employee engagement programs.
Provide support and resolve HR‑related issues.
Promote HR programs for an efficient workplace.
Gather and analyze HR metrics.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues and organizing team‑building activities.
Responsible for payroll administration.
Use Excel, Word, PowerPoint to create reports and presentations.
Maintain local personnel files in electronic and paper form.
Behave with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or equivalent.
3+ years of full‑time HR experience.
At least 2 years in a warehousing, manufacturing, or retail environment.
Strong knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Kronos).
Strong knowledge of HR‑related laws (EEO, Compensation & Benefits, FMLA, FLSA, Labor Relations, Health and Safety).
Experience supporting DEI programs is a plus.
Basic to intermediate Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables) and PowerPoint proficiency.
Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish.
