SAP – Data Migration/MDG – Manager – Consulting
Location: Anywhere in Country.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of technology projects, ensuring adherence to Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and mentor team members.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation, applying research, analysis, and best practices to advance processes and solutions.
Manage complex technical initiatives, providing expert guidance, resolving issues, and achieving performance objectives across client service, risk management, and team development.
Engage with clients, leading workstreams, and identifying opportunities to expand services.
Spearhead RFP responses and manage engagement economics, including resource planning and budgeting.
Travel as required to meet client needs and project demands.
Skills & Attributes for Success
Initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, documenting, and functional design across multiple data workstreams.
Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into solutions, defining data strategies, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
Direct teams leveraging SAP data tools (Data Services, Information Steward, MDG, Datasphere, Data Intelligence, Migration Cockpit) and integration methods (CPI, SLT, APIs).
Construct and direct technology projects aligned with organizational goals.
Expertise in project and program delivery methodologies with mentorship ability.
Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic thinking skills to drive sales, growth, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 4 years of experience working with SAP modules in full‑cycle implementations.
Specialized skills in Data Migration, Data Governance, Enterprise IT Architecture, Master Data Management, or related data management disciplines.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
Experience managing SAP data projects or workstreams and leading project-based teams.
Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and prior advisory experience in finance and technology functions.
Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
Preferred Additional Experience
Experience with Data Migration, Master Data Governance, Data Analytics, or data quality programs across SAP landscapes.
Additional qualifications or certifications in SAP data management tools or project leadership.
Proactive approach to resolving client data issues.
Excellent leadership and client interaction skills.

Competitive compensation package (base salary range $125,500 – $230,200 in the U.S.; with higher ranges for metro areas). Benefits include medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
