The Role Plan and coordinate the preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met. Review contracts to determine documentation required for each project phase, applying knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes. Analyze proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system. Coordinate modification records for management control. Establish change orders and prepare for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor. Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinate changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities.
Must Have Bachelor’s degree and 0 years of relevant exempt experience. One of the following may serve as equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree to meet minimum qualifications:
NNS Apprentice School graduate
Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate
Associate’s Degree or other formal 2‑year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non‑exempt experience
Military Paygrade E‑5 or above military experience
High School/GED and 4 years combined of manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military experience or other relevant exempt experience
High School/GED and 8 years combined of manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military experience or other relevant non‑exempt experience
Nice to Have
Familiarity with QNs
Familiarity with Part numbers
SAP access/knowledge
i2 access/knowledge
