Track legislative updates and partner with vendors (benefits, 401(k), etc.).
Recruiting & Onboarding
Partner with hiring managers on full‑cycle recruitment: postings, screening, interviews, offers.
Support employer branding/sourcing; facilitate new hire orientation, I‑9s, and file setup.
HR Admin & Employee Support
Be first line for questions on payroll, benefits, policies, and HR processes.
Administer benefit changes/enrollment; maintain accurate, confidential records.
Projects & Compliance
Lead/support FMLA/leave management, system rollouts, policy updates, and process improvements.
Coordinate compliance audits/reporting and liaise with staffing agencies.

Organized, detail‑obsessed, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Microsoft Office proficiency; advanced Excel preferred.
Why you’ll love it
