Job Description We are seeking an
Executive Assistant
to support our VP, CTO Hybrid Cloud. This is a US‑based, Eastern/Central time zone, hybrid position.
Responsibilities
Perform tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for upper executive level employees.
Maintain key records, compile data for reports, administer budget processes, schedule executive appointments and meetings, manage calendars, prepare expense reports, edit executive presentations, arrange travel, and other general administrative requirements.
Coordinate administrative work within the department/division, collaborating with other departments/divisions and companies.
Work largely on tactical and strategic administrative tasks.
Education and Experience Required
High school education or equivalent; some college level education highly preferred.
Minimum 9+ years of general administrative experience, or equivalent combination of experience and college level education.
