Executive Assistant – Hybrid Cloud (Eastern/Central Time Zone)

Overview We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our VP, CTO for Hybrid Cloud initiatives. This U.S.-based role operates in Eastern/Central time zones and follows a hybrid schedule, with an expectation of 2 days per week in an HPE office.
Responsibilities
Provide tactical and strategic administrative support to upper executive level employees.
Maintain key records, compile data for reports, assist with the budget process, schedule executive appointments and meetings, and manage calendar maintenance.
Prepare expense reports, edit executive presentations, and arrange travel.
Coordinate administrative work across departments and divisions.
Handle other general administrative requirements as needed.
Education and Experience
High school education or equivalent; college education highly preferred.
Minimum of 9+ years of general administrative experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
