Position Overview The Sr. Warehouse Logistics Lead will report to the Warehouse Manager and be responsible to help manage the flow of goods to include receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping parts and kiosks. They are expected to drive process and help set a tone of performance within the team. They are equally responsible for full‑cycle inventory management, including performing inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and maintaining adequate levels of supplies.

Key Responsibilities

Record incoming and outgoing inventory using the inventory management system

Responsible for inventory counts and maintaining adequate levels of shipping material supplies

Create Bills of Ladings for finalized shipments Audit purchase orders against shipment to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies

Coordinate shipping and receiving logistics with third‑party vendors

Responsible for shipping and receiving of all packages and assets

Education & Technical Experience

High School Degree or GED required

2+ years of experience in a Warehouse Logistics required with some lead experience preferred

1+ years of forklift experience required

Familiarization with LEAN principles preferred

ERP/WMS Experience required, Oracle experience would be a plus

Shipping Documentation and baseline understanding of DOT standard required

International Shipping Experience preferred

Ability to lookup drawings and identify parts

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Basic computer skills required, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred

Effective time management, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills

Ability to work independently but also have a strong drive to be a team player

Highly motivated with a demonstrated passion for excellence, high level of accuracy and attention to detail required

Strong interpersonal communication skills in writing, over the phone, and in‑person

Ability to work with all customers in a positive and courteous manner consistently

Ability to multi‑task and excel in a fast‑paced, high volume environment

Physical Requirement

Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. frequently throughout the workday

Ability to bend, kneel and stand on a regular basis throughout the work day

Location: Louisville, KY (onsite)

Base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.

This position may also be eligible for short‑term and long‑term incentives based on individual and company performance.
