Position Summary The Sr. Warehouse Logistics Lead will report to the Warehouse Manager and be responsible for managing the flow of goods, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping parts and kiosks. They are expected to drive process improvement and set a tone of performance within the team. Responsibilities also include full-cycle inventory management, performing inventory counts, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining adequate levels of supplies.
Key Responsibilities
Record incoming and outgoing inventory using the inventory management system
Responsible for inventory counts and maintaining adequate levels of shipping material supplies
Create Bills of Lading for finalized shipments; audit purchase orders against shipment to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies
Coordinate shipping and receiving logistics with third‑party vendors
Responsible for shipping and receiving of all packages and assets
Education & Technical Experience
High School Degree or GED required
2+ years of experience in warehouse logistics required; some lead experience preferred
1+ year of forklift experience required
Familiarity with LEAN principles preferred
ERP/WMS experience required, Oracle experience a plus
Shipping documentation and baseline understanding of DOT standards required
International shipping experience preferred
Ability to look up drawings and identify parts
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Basic computer skills required; proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
Effective time‑management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Ability to work independently and also be a strong team player
Highly motivated with a demonstrated passion for excellence, high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal communication skills in writing, over the phone, and in person
Ability to work with all customers in a positive and courteous manner consistently
Ability to multi‑task and excel in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Physical Requirement
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. frequently throughout the workday
Ability to bend, kneel and stand on a regular basis throughout the day
Location Louisville, KY (onsite)
