About the Role The Business Intelligence Coordinator is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business value and support the commercial team in making informed decisions. This role involves using data analytics, data visualization, and data modeling techniques to identify trends and areas for improvement, such as enhancing sales results, expanding distribution coverage, maximizing channel financials, and increasing promotional effectiveness. The BI Analyst will uncover areas of revenue loss, identify opportunities for cost savings, and discover white spaces for profit growth. By mining complex data through BI software and tools, comparing company data with industry trends and competitors, and creating clear visualizations, the BI Analyst will communicate valuable findings to key stakeholders. This role is crucial in supporting the commercial team with data-driven insights to optimize decision making and overall business performance. Responsibilities Review and validate customer sales data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Develop and implement procedures for data collection, analysis, and reporting. Create and discover new programs for data procurement and processing. Collaborate with the IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades to enhance the use of big data. Monitor analytics and metrics results. Implement new data analysis methodologies. Review customer files to ensure the integrity of the data collection and usage. Perform data profiling to detect and understand anomalies in data. Present regular data findings and insights to the commercial team. Qualifications Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as an analyst with comparable nature and complexity. Strong knowledge of data analysis methodologies and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Management, Accounting, or a related field. Certification in Business Data Analytics, Excel, Power BI, and Power Point Master.
