Skilled MIG Welders Wanted – Join a Growing Team in Wathena, KS!

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG welding using metal core wire (.045”) with GMAW techniques
• Pass an AWS 1‑G weld test on 3/8” material with full penetration welds
• Operate grinders, drills, torches, and other fabrication tools
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Maintain consistent safety, quality, and attendance standards

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience within the last 5 years (no entry‑level training)
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Must have your own welding hood and gloves for testing
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Overtime available as needed
