What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG welding using metal core wire (.045”) with GMAW techniques.
• Pass an AWS 1-G weld test on 3/8” material with full penetration welds.
• Operate grinders, drills, torches, and other fabrication tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Maintain consistent safety, quality, and attendance standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience within the last 5 years (no entry-level training).
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Must have your own welding hood and gloves for testing.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
• Overtime available as needed.
