Field Recruiter / Recruitment Talent Partner – Event Medical Services Department
About the role: You will manage full‑cycle recruitment for our event medical services, sourcing candidates and ensuring a seamless experience from application to onboarding.
Compensation & Location
Annual salary: $75,000.
Must be based in Texas.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and build a strong pipeline for current and future needs.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and proactive outreach to passive talent using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers, ensuring alignment with role requirements.
- Partner with local operations and HR teams to support interview and hiring activities.
- Promote our employer brand story and mission to candidates.
- Build relationships with schools and feeder organizations to foster community relations and generate applicants.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data analysis to drive decisions.
- Travel nationwide 20–25% for special events, including schools, industry job fairs, and community outreach.
- Maintain multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills and build relationships at all levels.
- Ensure compliance of all recruiting documentation and data records with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.
- Experience in healthcare preferred.
