Overview Field Recruiter / Recruitment Talent Partner – Event Medical Services Department
About the role: You will manage full‑cycle recruitment for our event medical services, sourcing candidates and ensuring a seamless experience from application to onboarding.
Compensation & Location Annual salary: $75,000.
Must be based in Texas.
Responsibilities Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and build a strong pipeline for current and future needs.
Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and proactive outreach to passive talent using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers, ensuring alignment with role requirements.
Partner with local operations and HR teams to support interview and hiring activities.
Promote our employer brand story and mission to candidates.
Build relationships with schools and feeder organizations to foster community relations and generate applicants.
Utilize recruitment metrics and data analysis to drive decisions.
Travel nationwide 20–25% for special events, including schools, industry job fairs, and community outreach.
Maintain multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills and build relationships at all levels.
Ensure compliance of all recruiting documentation and data records with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.
Experience in healthcare preferred.
